Looks like it took a physicist to create a machine that will separate the cookie and take off all the creme for those who like only the cookie. Myself, I like the cream half, so he could skip the last step.

Traffic
Before you leave home you can check on some traffic yourself by visiting GoAkami. You can also check on Accidents and Stalls on this link, http://www4.honolulu.gov/hpdtraffic/, just remember that not all the incidents are actually there. These are all incidents called into HPD, so many of them are not confirmed to be there.
There will be another helpful tool on the internet soon and it's already available through your phone. Just dial 768-3777 and it will give you information on road work being done by the city. You will have to press a few buttons to get to the area you want information on, but that beats listening to all of them. For state road work head to http://hawaii.gove/dot/highways/roadwork
And of course your best traffic information tool is your car radio tuned to KSSK. It's live which means what you hear is going on right then.
Hope these help you get to where you're going!
