A.         Dates of Contest:  The Contest will begin and end on or about 4/28/08 through 5/2/08

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.  Odds of being selected as a finalist depend upon the number of participants. Odds of a finalist winning the grand prize are 1:10,000.  Odds of a finalist winning the bonus prize are 1:1,000.

B.                  How to Enter/Play:

$1 Dollar Bill Number Match Contest (On-Air)

Each day the dollar bill number match contest is being played, the station will announce                             the contest and take a randomly selected caller to participate.  That contestant must

designate the specific U.S. $1.00 dollar bill they will use to participate in the contest by                            announcing the last 5-numeric & alpha digits on the serial number (i.e. - If the Serial                             Number is A12345678B, the contestant declares:  5-6-7-8-B)  After confirming the                                     contestant and the designated U.S. $1.00 dollar bill they will use to participate in the                                    contest, the station DJ will then open the sealed envelope for that particular contest                                    attempt – and read the 4-digit winning number to the contestant.  If the first 4-digits of the                            serial number on the bill the contestant is using for the contest exactly match in order with                       the winning 4-digit number, they win the grand prize.  If the first 3-digits of the serial                             number on the bill match in exact order– they win the designated bonus prize.

In the event of a grand prize claim, the contestant will be required to produce sufficient personal identification along with the actual valid U.S. $1.00 bill used to participate in the contest at the sponsor’s business offices before the close of business on the date of their contest attempt.

Identification must include the contestant’s valid driver’s license or government issued identification and valid social security number.  The dollar bill produced by the contestant must be an authentic U.S. $1.00 bill with a serial number that exactly matches the information provided by the contestant during their contest attempt, and that has the first 4 numeric digits that exactly match in order with the winning 4-digit number for their corresponding contest attempt.  Any bill produced by a contestant that is fraudulent, forged, altered, tampered with in any manner, damage, or destroyed; of if the contestant loses the original bill used to participate in the contest, then all claims by that contestant are void.  Failure to produce the required documents or the winning U.S. $1.00 bill by the close of business will result in forfeiture of the grand prize.

2.             Prize(s).  The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are:

Grand Prize:  In the event that an eligible contestant has participated in the contest using a                         valid U.S. $1.00 bill, and the first 4-numeric digits of that bill’s serial number exactly match in                   order with the winning 4-digit number contained in the sealed envelope for their particular               contest attempt, then that contestant will be eligible to claim the grand prize, subject to                           verification and approval.  The grand prize is: $25,000 Cash.  If there are no qualifying grand                         prize winners, the grand prize will not be awarded.

Bonus Prize:  In the event that an eligible contestant has participated in the contest using a                        valid U.S. $1.00 bill, and the first 3-numeric digits of that bill’s serial number exactly match in                         order with the first 3-digits of the winning number contained in the sealed envelope for their                      particular contest attempt, then that contestant will be eligible to claim the 3-digit match bonus              prize, subject to verification and approval.  For example, if the winning 4-digit number is 1-2-3-4,                   then a dollar bill with a serial number A-1-2-3-5-5-5-5-5-B would be a winning 3-digit match.                  (A serial number of A-5-1-2-3-5-5-5-5-B would not be a winning 3-digit match.)  If there are no                        qualifying bonus prize winners, the bonus prize will not be awarded.  The 3-digit match bonus                        prize is: $1,000 Cash
